[655] Therein, what is an unwholesome legal issue of accusation (anuvādādhikaraṇa)? Bhikkhus, here bhikkhus with unwholesome minds accuse a bhikkhu of failure in virtue (sīlavipatti), failure in conduct (ācāravipatti), failure in view (diṭṭhivipatti), or failure in livelihood (ājīvavipatti). Whatever therein is the accusing, the charging, the denouncing, the criticizing, the siding along with, the exertion in accusing, or the lending of support — this is called an unwholesome legal issue of accusation.
