[641] What is the root of a legal question arising from accusation (anuvādādhikaraṇa)? The six roots of accusation (anuvādamūla) are the root of a legal question arising from accusation; the three unwholesome roots (akusalamūla) too are the root of a legal question arising from accusation; the three wholesome roots (kusalamūla) too are the root of a legal question arising from accusation; the body too is a root of a legal question arising from accusation; speech too is a root of a legal question arising from accusation.
