[646] And what body (kāya) is the root of a legal issue arising from accusation (anuvādādhikaraṇa)? Here a certain one is of bad complexion, unsightly, dwarfish, much afflicted with illness — blind in one eye, or crippled in hand, or lame, or stricken with paralysis — on account of which they accuse him. This body is the root of a legal issue arising from accusation.
