[662] Therein, what is a legal issue concerning business (kiccādhikaraṇa) that is wholesome (kusala)? Whatever formal act (kamma) the Saṅgha, with a wholesome mind, performs — an act of announcement for consent (apalokanakamma), an act with a motion (ñattikamma), an act with a motion and one proclamation (ñattidutiyakamma), an act with a motion and three proclamations (ñatticatutthakamma) — this is called a legal issue concerning business that is wholesome.
