[125] Now at that time bhikkhus were scrupulous about stepping on the mat for washed feet (dhotapādaka). They reported this matter to the Blessed One. "Bhikkhus, I allow you to step on the mat for washed feet." The Second Recitation Section (dutiyabhāṇavāra).
