[333] The bhikkhu who is the distributor of trifles (appamattakavissajjaka) may give a single needle. He may give a small knife. He may give sandals. He may give a waistband. He may give a shoulder strap. He may give a water strainer. He may give a water filter (dhammakaraka). He may give a cross-seam strip (kusi). He may give a half cross-seam strip (aḍḍhakusi). He may give a panel (maṇḍala). He may give a half-panel (aḍḍhamaṇḍala). He may give a border strip (anuvāta). He may give an edging strip (paribhaṇḍa). If the Saṅgha has ghee, oil, honey, or molasses, it may be given to be partaken of once. If there is need again, it may be given again. If there is need yet again, it may be given yet again.
