[413] [Summary verses (uddāna) of the Saṅghabhedakkhandhaka:] At Anupiya; the renowned ones; the delicately nurtured one does not wish [to go forth]; ploughing, sowing, leading water into the low-lying [field], weeding, and reaping, carrying off [the crop]; making the heap, threshing, and the straw; the chaff, winnowing, bringing in [to the granary]; even in the future it is not exhausted; and the fathers and the grandfathers; Bhaddiya and Anuruddha, Ānanda, Bhaggu, Kimila; conceiving himself a Sakyan; Kosambī; he fell away; and with Kakkudha; he proclaimed; and against the father; the men; the rock; Nāḷāgiri; the triad and the five; grave indeed; he split; and with the grave offense (thullaccaya); three, eight, again three; fissure and schism — "could there be?" _________________ ¹ Yu. ... opunanihare. ² Ma.
