[577] And how is one to be agreed upon by another? The Saṅgha should be informed by a competent, capable bhikkhunī: "Venerable ladies, let the Saṅgha listen to me. So-and-so is a candidate seeking full ordination (upasampadāpekkhā) under the venerable so-and-so. If it is the right time for the Saṅgha, let so-and-so instruct so-and-so." Thus is one to be agreed upon by another.
