[581] Immediately the shadow should be measured, the measure of the season should be announced, the portion of the day should be announced, the summary of these together (saṅgīti) should be announced, and the bhikkhunīs should be told: "You should teach her the three supports (nissaya) and the eight things never to be done (akaraṇīya)."
