[662] "Venerable sirs, let the Saṅgha listen to me. These ten points (vatthu) have been decided by the Saṅgha. Thus these ten points are contrary to the Dhamma (uddhamma), contrary to the Vinaya (ubbinaya), and departed from the Teacher's instruction (apagata-satthusāsana)."
