[663] "Friend, that legal issue (adhikaraṇa) has been disposed of; it is settled, allayed, well allayed. But nevertheless, friend, you may ask me about these ten points in the midst of the Saṅgha as well, for the conviction (saññatti) of those bhikkhus."
Then the Venerable Revata asked the Venerable Sabbakāmī about these ten points in the midst of the Saṅgha as well, and as each question was asked, the Venerable Sabbakāmī answered it.
Now at this recitation of the Vinaya there were seven hundred bhikkhus — neither fewer nor more. Therefore this recitation of the Vinaya is called "that of the Seven Hundred."
The Sattasatikakkhandhaka, the twelfth, is finished.
In this khandhaka there are twenty-five items.
