[1171] Offence (āpatti), legal issue (adhikaraṇa), coercion (pasayha) and knowing an offence, formal act (kamma), the subject-matter (vatthu), the shameless one (alajjī), one unskilled in the motion (ñatti), one who does not know the Sutta, [one who does not know] the Dhamma — this is the summary of the third chapter.
