[152] For one who, without taking leave of a bhikkhu who is present,¹ enters a village at the wrong time, a pācittiya [offence]—where was it laid down? It was laid down at Sāvatthī. Concerning whom? Concerning the group-of-six bhikkhus. On account of what matter? On the matter that the group-of-six bhikkhus, without taking leave of a bhikkhu who was present,² entered a village at the wrong time. There is one laying-down (paññatti) and three supplementary layings-down (anupaññatti). Of the six origins of offences, it originates through two origins (as in the Kathina training rule) …
