[77] Question: For a **bhikkhu** who, angry and displeased, drags a bhikkhu out of a dwelling (vihāra) belonging to the Saṅgha — where was the **pācittiya** laid down? Answer: It was laid down at Sāvatthī. Q: Concerning whom? A: Concerning the group-of-six bhikkhus. Q: On account of what matter? A: On the matter that the group-of-six bhikkhus, angry and displeased, dragged bhikkhus out of a dwelling belonging to the Saṅgha. There is one laying down (paññatti).
