[76] "Where was the offense entailing expiation (pācittiya) laid down for one who, knowing, lies down encroaching upon a **bhikkhu** who arrived first in a dwelling (vihāra) belonging to the Saṅgha?" — "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." "Concerning whom?" — "Concerning the group-of-six bhikkhus." "In regard to what matter?" — "In the matter of the group-of-six bhikkhus lying down encroaching upon elder bhikkhus." There is one laying-down (paññatti). Of the six origins (samuṭṭhāna) of offenses, it arises through one origin: it arises from body and from mind (citta), not from speech. …
