[249] One engaging in bodily contact (kāyasaṃsagga) with a woman (mātugāma) commits three offenses (āpatti): touching body with body, he commits an offense entailing saṅghādisesa; touching with the body a thing connected with the body, he commits an offense of thullaccaya; touching with a thing connected with the body a thing connected with the body, he commits an offense of dukkaṭa.
