[251] Speaking in praise of ministering to one's own sensual desires, a bhikkhu commits three offenses (āpatti): he speaks in praise of ministering to his own sensual desires in the presence of a woman (mātugāma) — an offense of saṅghādisesa; he speaks in praise of ministering to his own sensual desires in the presence of a paṇḍaka — an offense of thullaccaya; he speaks in praise of ministering to his own sensual desires in the presence of an animal (tiracchānagata) — an offense of dukkaṭa.
