Saṅghādisesakaṇḍa

[252] A bhikkhu engaging in acting as a go-between (sañcaritta) commits three offences (āpatti): he accepts (the errand), inquires (vīmaṃsati), and reports back — an offence of saṅghādisesa; he accepts and inquires but does not report back — an offence of thullaccaya; he accepts but does not inquire and does not report back — an offence of dukkaṭa.
