Saṅghādisesakaṇḍa

[495] Through the condition of engaging in acting as a go-between (sañcaritta), one commits three offenses (āpatti): he accepts (the errand), inquires, and brings back (the reply) — an offense of saṅghādisesa; he accepts and inquires, but does not bring back — an offense of thullaccaya; he accepts, but does not inquire and does not bring back — an offense of dukkaṭa.
