Katiāpattivāra

[808] By reason of instituting a legal case (aṭṭa), a bhikkhunī who speaks resentfully (usūyavādikā) incurs three offenses (āpatti): when she informs one person, an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when she informs a second person, an offense of grave transgression (thullaccaya); at the conclusion of the legal case, an offense entailing initial and subsequent meetings of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa).
