[653] A bhikkhunī who speaks maliciously (usūyavādikā), instigating a lawsuit (aṭṭa), commits three offences: when she informs one person, there is an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when she informs a second person, there is an offence of grave transgression (thullaccaya); at the conclusion of the lawsuit, there is an offence entailing a formal meeting of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa).
