Saṅghādisesakaṇḍa

[500] A **bhikkhu** who is a schismatic of the Saṅgha (saṅghabhedaka), on account of not relinquishing [his course] when the admonition (samanubhāsanā) has been carried out up to the third time, falls into three offences (āpatti): at the [conclusion of the] motion (ñatti), an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); at the two proclamations of the act (kammavācā), offences of grave transgression (thullaccaya); at the conclusion of the proclamation of the act, an offence entailing initial and subsequent meetings of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa).
