[811] On account of reinstating (osāraṇa) a bhikkhunī who was suspended by a unanimous Saṅgha in accordance with the Dhamma, the Vinaya, and the Teacher's instruction — without having obtained leave from the Saṅgha that performed the act, and not knowing the wish of the group — one falls into three offenses (āpatti): by the motion (ñatti), an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); by the two proclamations of the act (kammavācā), grave offenses (thullaccaya); at the conclusion of the proclamation of the act, an offense entailing a formal meeting of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa).
