[502] A bhikkhu who is difficult to admonish (dubbaca), by reason of not relinquishing [his course] though formally admonished (samanubhāsanā) up to the third time, incurs three offences (āpatti): at the motion (ñatti), an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); at the two proclamations of the act (kammavācā), offences of grave transgression (thullaccaya); at the conclusion of the proclamation of the act, an offence entailing a formal meeting of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa).
