[259] A bhikkhu who is difficult to admonish, being formally admonished up to the third time (samanubhāsanā), not relinquishing, incurs three offences: with the motion (ñatti), an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); with the two proclamations of the formal act (kammavācā), offences of grave transgression (thullaccaya); at the conclusion of the proclamation of the formal act, an offence entailing initial and subsequent meetings of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa).
