Saṅghādisesakaṇḍa

[656] A bhikkhunī (bhikkhunī) who, without having obtained the leave of the Saṅgha that performed the act (kārakasaṅgha) and without knowing the desire of the group, reinstates a bhikkhunī who has been suspended by a united Saṅgha in accordance with the Dhamma, in accordance with the Vinaya, in accordance with the Teacher's instruction, incurs three offenses: with the motion (ñatti), an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); with the two proclamations (kammavācā), grave offenses (thullaccaya); at the conclusion of the proclamations, an offense entailing initial and subsequent meetings of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa).
