[299] A bhikkhu, in telling one not fully ordained (anupasampanna) about a grave (duṭṭhulla) offense (āpatti) of a bhikkhu, commits two offenses: while he is telling it, in the act there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); when it has been told, there is an offense of pācittiya.
