[54] "Where was the offense of nissaggiya pācittiya laid down for one who, having himself asked for thread, has a robe woven by weavers?" — "It was laid down at Rājagaha." "With reference to whom?" "With reference to the group-of-six bhikkhus (chabbaggiyā bhikkhū)." "Concerning what matter?" "Concerning the matter that the group-of-six bhikkhus, having themselves asked for thread, had a robe woven by weavers." There is one laying down (paññatti).
