"It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning the group-of-six bhikkhunīs."
"On what matter?"
"On the matter of the group-of-six bhikkhunīs having the hair removed in the confined place."
There is one laying down of the rule. Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it originates by four origins.
