Vinayapiṭaka · Parivāra · Vol. 8 · Section 628

[628] "Where was the offense entailing confession (pācittiya) for wearing a woman's ornament laid down?" "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." "Concerning whom?" "Concerning the group-of-six bhikkhunīs." "On account of what matter?" "On the matter that the group-of-six bhikkhunīs wore women's ornaments." There is one laying down of the rule (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises through two origins (as in the Eḷakaloma rule).
