[590] "Where was the offence entailing expiation (pācittiya) for one who learns worldly arts (tiracchānavijjā) laid down?" — "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." — "Concerning whom?" — "Concerning the group-of-six bhikkhunīs." — "On what matter?" — "On the matter that the group-of-six bhikkhunīs learned worldly arts."
There is one promulgation (paññatti). Of the six origins of offences, it arises through two origins (as in the Padasodhamma rule).
