[589] A pācittiya for one who sets out on tour without relinquishing her dwelling (āvasatha) — where was it laid down? It was laid down at Sāvatthī. Concerning whom? Concerning the bhikkhunī Thullanandā. Regarding what matter? Regarding the matter that the bhikkhunī Thullanandā set out on tour without relinquishing her dwelling. There is one laying down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses, it arises through two origins (as in the Kathina rule).
