[568] "The pācittiya (pācittiya) for one who obstructs a lawful distribution of robes — where was it laid down?" "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." "Concerning whom?" "Concerning the bhikkhunī Thullanandā." "On what matter?" "On the matter that the bhikkhunī Thullanandā obstructed a lawful distribution of robes." There is one laying-down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses, it arises through three origins.
