[588] "Where was the pācittiya laid down for a bhikkhunī who uses a communal robe (āvasathacīvara) without relinquishing it?" — "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." — "Concerning whom?" — "Concerning the bhikkhunī Thullanandā." — "In what matter?" — "In the matter of the bhikkhunī Thullanandā using a communal robe without relinquishing it." There is one laying down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses, it arises through two origins (as in the Kathina rule).
