[571] "The pācittiya for (a bhikkhunī) obstructing a legitimate withdrawal of the kaṭhina — where was it laid down?" — "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." — "With reference to whom?" — "With reference to the bhikkhunī Thullanandā." — "Concerning what matter?" — "Concerning the matter that the bhikkhunī Thullanandā obstructed a legitimate withdrawal of the kaṭhina." There is one laying down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises through three origins.
