"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning the group-of-six bhikkhunīs."
"In regard to what matter?"
"In regard to the matter that the group-of-six bhikkhunīs traveled in a vehicle."
There is one rule (paññatti) and one supplementary rule (anupaññatti). Of the six origins (samuṭṭhāna) of offenses, it arises through two origins (as in the Eḷakaloma rule).
