"It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning the group-of-six bhikkhunīs (chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo)."
"On what matter?"
"On the matter of the group-of-six bhikkhunīs wearing a sunshade and sandals."
There is one laying down of the rule (paññatti) and one supplementary regulation (anupaññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises through two origins (as in the Eḷakaloma rule).
