"It was laid down at Sāvatthī."
"Concerning whom?"
"Concerning a certain bhikkhunī."
"In what matter?"
"In the matter of a certain bhikkhunī who, through what was wrongly grasped and wrongly interpreted, incited another to complain."
There is one laying down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offences, it arises through three origins.
