[560] "Where was the pācittiya laid down for (a bhikkhunī) cursing either herself or another either with hell or with the holy life (brahmacariya)?" — "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." — "Concerning whom?" — "Concerning the bhikkhunī Caṇḍakālī." — "In regard to what matter?" — "In the matter that the bhikkhunī Caṇḍakālī cursed both herself and another, both with hell and with the holy life." There is one laying-down (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses, it arises through three origins.
