[610] "The pācittiya (offense requiring expiation) for a bhikkhunī who does not follow, for two years, the preceptor (pavattinī) who ordained her — where was it laid down?" — "It was laid down at Sāvatthī." — "Concerning whom?" — "Concerning several bhikkhunīs." — "On what matter?" — "On the matter that several bhikkhunīs did not follow, for two years, the pavattinī who had ordained them." There is one promulgation (paññatti). Of the six origins of offenses (āpattisamuṭṭhāna), it arises through one origin (as in the first pārājika).
