[804] On account of consenting to bodily contact, how many offences (āpatti) does one commit?
On account of consenting to bodily contact, one commits five offences: a bhikkhunī, filled with lust (avassutā), consents to the grasping — below the collarbone and above the circle of the knees — by a lustful male person: an offence of pārājika. A bhikkhu touches body with body: an offence of saṅghādisesa. With the body he touches something connected to the body: an offence of thullaccaya. With something connected to the body he touches something connected to the body: an offence of dukkaṭa. A pācittiya for tickling with the fingers (aṅgulipatodaka).
On account of consenting to bodily contact, one commits these five offences.
