[828] Taking what is not given (adinnaṃ); [depriving] a human body, [claiming] a superior [human state] (viggahuttariṃ); lewd [speech] (duṭṭhullā); [ministering to] one's own sensuality (attakāminaṃ); a groundless [charge of pārājika] (amūlā); [a pretext] belonging to another class [of case] (aññabhāgiyā); the second indefinite (aniyata) rule (anisyatā dutiyikā); snatching back [a robe] (acchinde); diverting [gains of the Saṅgha to oneself] (pariṇāmane); false speech (musā); insulting speech (omasa); tale-bearing (pesuṇā); [disclosing] a coarse [offense] (duṭṭhullā); digging the earth (pathavīkhaṇe); plants (bhūtaṃ); evasion (aññāya); making [others] complain (ujjhape); evicting [from a dwelling] (nikkaḍḍhanaṃ); and sprinkling [water] (siñcanañca); [exhorting bhikkhunīs] for the sake of material gain (āmisahetu); one who has finished eating (bhuttāvī); [saying] "come" [and then dismissing] (ehi); disrespect (anādari); frightening (bhiṃsā); and hiding [requisites] (apanidhe); [depriving] of life (jīvitaṃ); knowingly [using water] containing living beings (jānaṃ sappāṇakaṃ); a [settled] formal act (kammaṃ); one under [twenty years] (ūna); dwelling together [with a suspended bhikkhu] (saṃvāsa); [consorting with] one expelled (nāsanā); [being admonished] in accordance with the Dhamma (sahadhammika); [conducing to] confusion (vilekhā); feigning delusion (moho); and a groundless [charge of saṅghādisesa] (amūlakena ca); [deliberately causing] remorse (kukkuccaṃ); having given [consent] for a legitimate [act, then complaining] (dhammikaṃ datvā); [having given a robe, then complaining]; diverting [gains of the Saṅgha] to an individual (pariṇāmeyya puggale); "what can [that person do] to you?" (kinte); out-of-season [robes determined as in-season] (akāla); snatching back [a robe exchanged] (acchinde); misapprehension (duggahi); and [cursing] with hell (nirayena ca); [obstructing] the group['s robe-gain] (gaṇaṃ); [blocking a legitimate robe-]distribution (vibhaṅgaṃ); [letting the robe-season pass on] a weak [expectation] (dubbalaṃ); [blocking the withdrawal of] the kaṭhina; [causing] discomfort; [having given] lodging [and then evicting] (kaṭhinaphāsupassayaṃ); abusing [a bhikkhu] (akkosa); fierce [reviling of the group] (caṇḍī); stingy [with regard to families] (macchari); and a pregnant woman (gabbhinī ca); a woman giving suck (pāyantiyā); the two years' training [in the six rules] (dve vassā sikkhā); [one not agreed upon] by the Saṅgha (saṅghena); and three concerning married women (tayo ceva gihigatā); and three concerning maidens (kumārībhūtā tisso ca); one under twelve [years' standing]; one [of twelve years but] not agreed upon (ūnadvādasasammatā); "enough for now" (alantāva); an abode of grief (sokāvassaṃ); by [stale] consent (chandā); year after year (anuvassā); and two [in one year] (ca dve) —
these seventy training rules are made into three originations: [arising] from body and mind, not speech; [arising] from speech and mind, not bodily; [and] they arise from the three doors — just like the second pārājika.
