[830] Schism, following [a schismatic], being difficult to admonish, corrupting [families], a gross [offense], and [not relinquishing] a view, consent [not given over], the two on loud laughter, and the two on loud sounds; one shall not speak [with food in the mouth]; On the ground, on a low seat, standing, [teaching Dhamma while going] behind, and by off the road; concealing a fault, following [a suspended bhikkhu], accepting [physical contact], restoring [a suspended bhikkhunī to the community], renouncing [the Buddha and so forth]; [Defeated] in some [legal issue], the two on living in close association, striking [oneself and weeping], unstitching [a robe], and [not attending] to one who is suffering; again, living in close association; not settling [a legal issue]; [entering] the monastery [without announcing], and the invitation (pavāraṇā) [with respect to three matters]; Every half-month [two things are to be expected], the co-resident pupil (sahajīvinī), the two on the robe, and making [a sikkhamānā] follow. These thirty-seven dhammas [arise] from body, speech, and mind (citta); all have a single origination (samuṭṭhāna), as with the formal admonition (samanubhāsanā).
