[858] Herein, what are the four legal issues (adhikaraṇa)? The legal issue arising from dispute (vivādādhikaraṇa), the legal issue arising from accusation (anuvādādhikaraṇa), the legal issue arising from offense (āpattādhikaraṇa), and the legal issue arising from duty (kiccādhikaraṇa) — these are the four legal issues.
