[131] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu, carrying away another's goods, with a thieving mind (theyyacitta) touched the load on his head … "There is no offense of pārājika, bhikkhu; there is an offense of dukkaṭa (wrong-doing)." … With a thieving mind he made it move … "There is no offense of pārājika, bhikkhu; there is an offense of thullaccaya (grave offense)." … With a thieving mind he lowered it to his shoulder … "You, bhikkhu, have committed an offense of pārājika." … With a thieving mind he touched the load on his shoulder … with a thieving mind he made it move … with a thieving mind he lowered it to his hip … with a thieving mind he touched the load at his hip … with a thieving mind he made it move … with a thieving mind he took hold of it with his hand … with a thieving mind he set down the load in his hand upon the ground … with a thieving mind he took it up from the ground.
