SaṅghādisesakaṇḍaSaṅghādisessikkhāpada

[435] A man sends a bhikkhu: "Go, venerable sir, say to the woman of such-and-such a name protected by her mother (māturakkhitā) and to the one protected by her father (piturakkhitā): 'Be, it is said, the wives bought with money (dhanakkītā) of the man of such-and-such a name.'" He accepts, he inquires, he brings back the reply: an offence entailing saṅghādisesa. A man sends a bhikkhu: "Go, venerable sir, say to the woman of such-and-such a name protected by her mother and to the one protected by her mother and father (mātāpiturakkhitā) …" … to the one protected by her mother and the one protected by her brother (bhāturakkhitā); … to the one protected by her mother and the one protected by her sister (bhaginīrakkhitā); … to the one protected by her mother and the one protected by her relatives (ñātirakkhitā); … to the one protected by her mother and the one protected by her clan (gottarakkhitā); … to the one protected by her mother and the one protected by the dhamma (dhammarakkhitā); … to the one protected by her mother and the one under protection (sārakkhā); … "say to the woman of such-and-such a name protected by her mother and to the one protected by a penalty (saparidaṇḍā): 'Be, it is said, the wives bought with money of the man of such-and-such a name.'"
