[511] A bhikkhu builds a hut (kuṭi) on a site not designated (adesitavatthuka), involving harm (sārambha), and without space around it (aparikkamana): there is an offense of two dukkaṭas together with the saṅghādisesa. A bhikkhu builds a hut on a site not designated, involving harm, with space around it: there is an offense of a dukkaṭa together with the saṅghādisesa.
