[58] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu was supple-backed (mudupiṭṭhiko). Oppressed by dissatisfaction (anabhirati), he took his own genital organ in his mouth. Remorse (kukkucca) arose in him … "Bhikkhu, you have committed an offense (āpatti) entailing defeat (pārājika)."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu was pendulous (lambī). Oppressed by dissatisfaction, he inserted his own genital organ into his own anal passage (vaccamagga). Remorse arose in him … "Bhikkhu, you have committed an offense entailing defeat (pārājika)."
