[57] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu, thinking, "In this way there will be no offence (anāpatti) for me," engaged in sexual intercourse (methuna dhamma) with his mother … engaged in sexual intercourse with his daughter … engaged in sexual intercourse with his sister. He was remorseful … He informed the Blessed One of this matter. "Bhikkhu, you have committed an offence (āpatti) entailing defeat (pārājika)."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu engaged in sexual intercourse with his former wife (purāṇadutiyikā). He was remorseful … "Bhikkhu, you have committed an offence entailing defeat."
