[138] "And how, bhikkhus, is an untrue person (asappurisa) one who has the actions of an untrue person? Here, bhikkhus, an untrue person is one who kills living beings, one who takes what is not given, one who engages in sexual misconduct. Thus indeed, bhikkhus, an untrue person is one who has the actions of an untrue person.
